The Giving Gallery product search feature allows you to search by major product category (framed print, garden, clearance, etc.), secondary product group (hydrangeas, stepping stone, etc.), keyword, and by Sku number.

Can I shop for myself and for a gift in one transaction?

At the present time, each order (shopping bag) can only be shipped to one shipping address. To expedite future transactions, you may save a list of gift-recipient addresses when you create an account with Giving Gallery. 

Will Giving Gallery confirm my online order?

With the e-mail address you provided us when placing your order, we'll send you a confirmation message within 24 hours.

What kind of browser do I need in order to make online purchases from Giving Gallery?

How do I have an item gift wrapped?

As the majority of our products are already presentation gift ready (or not suitable for gift wrapping), and based on customer feedback surveys, gift wrapping is not available.

How do I place an order?

1. Click on any product image or title to access all the details you'll need to order that product.
2. To add an item to your order, select the quantity and whether you would like your selection gift boxed.
3. Then click the "Add to Bag" button at the bottom of the product page. Each time you add an item, you'll see the contents of your shopping cart sub-totaled for you.
4. View your entire order at any time by clicking "Shopping Cart" in the top navigation bar of the site.
5. When you are ready to place an order, hit the "Check Out" button on the Shopping Cart page. You will be prompted to enter your billing address, as many shipping addresses as necessary and a form of payment. You will have a chance to review all of this information prior to submitting your order.

How do I remove a product that I added to my order?

1. Go to your "Shopping Cart" by clicking the button located at the top of any page.
2. Change the Quantity to 0 (zero) and click the "Update Quantity" button.
3. Choose to delete another item, keep shopping, or checkout.

How do I change the quantity for an item in my shopping cart?

1. Go to your "Shopping" by clicking the button located at the top of any page.
2. Change the quantity in the "Quantity" column, and then click the "Update Quantity" button

Can I order by telephone?

How do I cancel an order?

Contact one of our Guest Services Agents toll-free at 1-888-203-8462. Orders process quickly, in some cases, an order may already be in the shipping process and may be unable to be canceled.

The shopping cart is active while you are visiting our website. If you break the link to our website (close the browser window or visit another site in the same browser window) while you have items in your shopping cart, they will be lost. You may still place an order by visiting the site.

Do I have to pay tax on my online purchases?

Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state or province to which the item(s) is shipped.
For the U.S.: We will add the 8% tax to items shipped to NY.
For Canada: We will add the 8% PST and 7% GST to items shipped to Ontario. We will add the 7% GST to items shipped to all other provinces and territories.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase, or gift received from Giving Gallery. If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase.

To return an item by mail, simply repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible), follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to:
